Estacio Estates Brand Identity | 2021

I have been commissioned by Estacio Estates, a startup real estate agency based in the Philippines that provides an end-to-end real estate marketing services to their clients.

They are on a mission to help partner with property owners that has old, distressed, or unused properties that has difficulty selling or renting their properties.

The key objective of this project is to connect Estacio Estates with their target demographic through visual branding and brand strategy (tone of voice, marketing, etc.). We have successfully launched this project by using my design process through brand discovery sessions. We aim to deploy Estacio Estate's key messages, "easy, reliable, customer-centric, modern, youthful, and innovative" with consistent use of brand strategy and visual elements that make the brand cohesive and structured.
